I have a nova. Was using it with my 2-slot, and was noticing some blinking pixels in different games. Like on the letters on the intro to Ninja Masters. Background in Okina's stage in LB1, stages in Neo Bomberman etc.... Cleaned everything, made no difference. Opened up the nova and started to play with the +5v adjustment pot.

I left the 2slot running so I could see any changes, sure enough when I lowered it to a certain point these "blinking" pixels disappeared. Is this something I should be concerned about?

I guess since you lowered the +5v voltage and it cleared up that was the problem and I assume leaving it like that with what I figure was to high of a voltage may have been heating a chip up,and or may have eventually burnt out the board..(??)

I'd take a voltage test from the rail just to see what it reads..

measure the 5 volts on the mobo edge connect, should not exceed say 5.2 volts.
I run my 6 slots at 5.2 without any problems. Much below 5 volts and you may get intermittent boot or gfx problems (green screen with gfx glitches)
