It works perfectly :) but it gets on the heavy side :P

Btw, for your title, the best gamegear game is dragon's trap for me :) and by far

The adapter works well, but other than making the GG heavier and bulkier, it has the problem that MS games (other than being "old" and inferior to the GG average) were designed to be played in a big screen, therefore you'll notice the graphics are really small, and most of the text fonts become unreadable, which is very bad for passwords. I would personally recommend you to forget about the adaptor, unless you already have a lot of MS games or there are some particular ones you want to play (most MS games have a GG version with the graphics size adapted).

I would recommend you the 2 GG Shinobi games, specially the first, I loved them, and the Yuzo Koshiro music is good too. Wonder Boy 3 Dragon's Trap is wonderful too. I also had fun with Off Road.

I enjoyed the Shining Force titles. Sword of Hygia was a great one. I also took a liking to the Gamegear version of Return of the Jedi. Pretty solid platformer.

I never really owned a lot of Game Gear games but if you like puzzle games do youself a favor and get Baku-Baku Animal. That game rocks, I think the game is also out on the Saturn, or a similar Baku-Baku game.

Puyo Puyo 2 is fun. Umm, I also liked Klax for it a lot. I kinda liked GLOC. That's about all I can remember (mine's broken, I haven't played it in a while).
