I sooooooooo thought this was real after seeing the cnn banners waving. Oh well, I was excited for about 10mins as I read through it (i'm huk3d pn fhnics). This quote makes me said because it sums up most of america.

This is what happened to the Chilean dictator Pinochet when he was in the UK to have some medical treatment. A Spanish judge issued an international arrest order against him for some murders during his rebellion. He got stuck in the UK for quite a lot of time before he managed to be allowed back due to his advanced age.
