FS/FT: AES System

Hi. AES system, serial 013408. System is in good condition, few scratches, plays great. Comes with RF (not sure if i can find an AV), power, 2 joysticks, memory card. Systems' logo is bright. Both joysticks have two little cracks at the top of the Start and Select buttons. Hardly noticable. On one of the sticks the logo is bright and excellent, the other's GEO is faded. Don't have the memory card with me to check condition, but I know it works. Here's is what i'm looking for:

-Turbo/PC Engine adaptor (jpn to us) is this needed?
