OK, the CD combo starters, how do you get it to hit them into the air? I can't figure this out.
How do you start a air combo in ROTD?

Get close, and hit CD together, then press the buttons that appear on the screen. I haven't played this game in a while, but it might require a stock, I'm not sure.

there are two different cd patterns.
one is cd then whatever shows on the screen
second is cd, jump, then whatever shows on the screen
some chars have the same pattern, some are different.
