Samurai Shodown 4 --- tricks, combos, fatalities

I have Sam Sho I to IV, but I've only ever really played them with mates mashing the buttons and using standard special moves (mainly with haohmaru), as I've been playing KOF more seriously.
So I was reading this thread:

And there is a whole depth to the games I haven't explored.

Please can people list some cool tricks / combos / fatalities and how to do them.

where to start?

from CD combo infinites to weaponless infinites to backturned basara infinites...

there are plenty of tricks that are already well documented here and elsewhere on the net.

anything specific you're looking for?

Reading deuce's faq on gamefaqs is always a good starting point.

The FAQ is so long and hard to read cos of the crappy text.

I'm interested in the games cos it seems there is a whole load of stuff you could never know by just playing, e.g. the CD combos.

I have been messing about with the fatalities with hoahmaru - seems a crouching C does the covered in blood if you are right next to the guy, and the cut in half if you are further away.

There's just so much that I don't know where to start.

they arent fatalities, the fatalities are command input based.

reading the faq helps, maybe you could import it into word and change it to comic sans MS for the font :spock:

I have no problems reading faqs in ascii text really.
