After Effects

Anyone familiar with this thing please help me out.

I made a short animation (like 0:00:00:16) of a stick figure walking. Now I want to use this animation in another composition.

How would I make the animation loop / stay on the screen because its so short.

what formats it in ?, gif may work.

No its an aue file or whatever after effects uses for its project files.

Nevermind though, Im a genius and figured it out on my own.
