I'm not going to lie:

I recently put a candle in a glass jar on the hot burner to melt the wax inside it.

It exploded caused a fire and the house smelled like loganberry for a week.

When I was in college somene lit the shit inside a lamp on fire. It burned up his fucking room. I had to wait unti 5am in the morning to get back inside the dorm.

Actually if you'd have just placed the glass jar in a pot of boiling water everything would have been cool. That's how ya melt the wax out.

Good thing you didn't get the shards of glass flying at you.

Interesting that he was watching it as it went. I guess he wanted the wax to melt faster.

Anyhow, it's gruesome to imagine how fast that glass had to be going for it to pierce his heart.

I wonder how long he lived before he died.

Man .... that's rough. Funny how one little silly act like that can end your life in a flash. Most of us will laugh about it, say how dumb the guy is and how it could never happen to us, but try going without sleep for a few days and see if you don't do some silly things.

Like this morning I was taking a shower and damn near lost my balance and split my head open on the bathtub. Fucking stats homework ... :mad:

Exactly. I didn't find this all that funny at all; yes, it was dumb move obviously (how many smart moves get you killed anyways?). I just found it scary how easily the guy died. I mean, any little kid could want to melt the wax on his lava lamp quickly. Anyone ever get one of those? It takes hours the first time.
I mean, damn. I don't want my little brother trying that.

One time in highschool we had one of our loser assemblies. It could have been for something religious. Anyway they gave us candles to hold and there was this one genuinely retarded kid in front of me. He tried to set himself on fire using the candle. He put it up to his sweater and pants and tried to get it to set on fire. I was just laughing

Just the other week I put a fucking sub in the microwave (wrapped to death in tinfoil) on high for 2 minutes. Damn thing caught fire but the sub wasn't even remotely heated up. Lucky I don't play with Lava Lamps. Not my thing, really. :crying:
