The complete ballot (x-first time eligible): x-Jim Abbott, Bert Blyleven, x-Wade Boggs, x-Tom Candiotti, Dave Concepcion, x-Chili Davis, Andre Dawson, Steve Garvey, Rich Gossage, Tommy John, x-Mark Langston, Don Mattingly, x-Jack McDowell, x-Willie McGee, x-Jeff Montgomery, Jack Morris, Dale Murphy, x-Otis Nixon, Dave Parker, x-Tony Phillips, Jim Rice, Ryne Sandberg, Lee Smith, x-Terry Steinbach, x-Darryl Strawberry, Bruce Sutter, Alan Trammell.

My personal opinion is Boggs is a lock and they'll try and be nice and put in a second person just to have 2 go in. If it's not Mattingly it'll be McGee or Sandberg.

There's alot of great players on that list but I doubt alot of them even get a sniff at the Hall. I'm betting alot of them can/will get in through the Veteran's Comittee though like Dawson, Murphy, Garvey, Trammell, Parker, and Concepcion.

Sanberg should make it this year... He was close last year with the eck and molitar taking some of his votes. Sandberg has momentum swinging his way.

The womanizer boggs will make it. Nowdays all 3000 hit, 3000 strikeout, 500 homer, players make it.

Donnie Baseball will forever live in my heart as my favorite player. I think he should make the HOF based on his leadership, defense and perserverance in NYC. These things do not qualify for HOF membership as they once did. Nowdays it's all stats, stats stats........

Isn't Mark McGwire on the ballot this year? Or is it next year? :help:

I don't think he's been out for the required 5 years yet.

Out of that list Sandberg deserves to get in the most.

Next year:

Ripkin, Mcguire and Gywn are all eligable.

Sandberg has to make it this year or the year after next.
