Hi could anyone with a MV1C Board give me measurments of the actual PCB please.

I would give you an exact measurement if I didn't have to crack my system open to measure it for you... ;) It is about 8" x 8" though, I am sure someone can give a much more accurate measurement than that though.

Approximately:

Length:10 inches and 1 quarter across..10.25...left to right.

Width:4 inches and a half..4 1/2.because the headphone jacks stick out.(4.50)

When you say MV-1C, do you mean the top loading 1 slot board?

That's the dimensions of the whole thing, not the PCB alone.

Lets assume we are talking about the MVH-1C single slot mvs board, not the MV-1C memory card reader board. There is sometimes confusion (or typos) between the two.

I don't mean to be a smart ass by asking this all, just curious. The box for my one slot board that I have says on it MV-1C... not MVH-1C. Though I have seen people refer to it as the MVH-1C and insist that it is not a MV-1C. What is the story behind this? :loco:

MV-1C = top-loading 1-slot board (actual code printed on the PCB: NEO-MVH MV1C)

MV-IC = memory card reader board

Thanks for clearing that up MKL.

I might suggest to Briggs that it would be a good idea to have the board dimensions listed on the HardMVS pcb info page, as these queries often crop up.

You mean you couldn't tell it was an I from Chris1's picture? It even says MV-IC on it.

This thread was started by Snake-Eyes not Chris, it was not clear at that stage what we were talking about.

What he needs is that taken apart..

Is someone willing to take one apart to measure the PCBs ?..I don't know..
I would,but I don't have one..


I left the memory card reader measurements/picture up there for future reference..(For the search engine)

I don't have the board but have very good scans of it and reckon the width is very close to 19cm (7.48").
