I'd say probably not a game, but I got an AES, memory card, 2 sticks & Samurai Shodown for about $50 once.

Well, my mother found a Zelda Collectors Edition disc at a thrift store of all places for $10 or $15 dollars. I ended up giving it to a friend though.

$20 for a brand new PAL Sega Master System.
$100 for PAL AES system, Jap KOF2000 (excellent condition), 2 old-style controllers, along with several gamer's-condition carts (NAM75, Trash Rally, Top Hunter, SS2, Ninja Commando, ... etc)
the seller also gave me an empity KOF96 case. he forgot to put the cart inside the case. I didn't mention this to him for an obvious reason.
