Neo Geo joysticks

Recently on my Neo Geo one of the joysticks has been going out (one of the switches doesn't always register) and since the stick is getting kinda old anyways I figure I'll just go for two brand new joysticks. So, what joysticks are the best for the Neo Geo and where can I find 'em?
