Problems with Knights of the Round Jamma board

I dunno if anyone can help me here, but its deffo worth trying!!

Right, I have a supergun that works great with my PGM mobo, absolutely no probs at all!!
But as soon as I connect my Kinights of the Round jamma board with it, there is problems.

The game switches on but is all distorted. And the colours are washed all over the screen. I can play it, but the colours are awefull, and half the screen is distorted. Why could this be??

Distorted how? Can you take pics? Anyway, make sure all the connectors holding A & B and B & C boards together are completely plugged in. If you have other CPS1 boards try swapping the A boards (i.e. the motherboards). Voltage shouldn't be an issue here but check it anyway and adjust it to 5v or slightly over that.
