PSOne emulators?

Yes

VGS (Virtual Game Station) if you want the games to run/look 100% as on PSOne, great on slow PC's.

EPSXE if you want upgraded gfx/have faster machine (1ghz 128mb ram, 64mb gfx is fine).

VGS was discontinued when Connettix was bought out by Sony. :(

Yeah, but it was perfect anyway. You can get it pretty easily, Aldostool has modern patches for it too if your system is whacko.

It's good to take crystal clear screenshots, create videos, use save states, and a plethora of other things.
