Will CFE just came out and I Got it last nite. This game play seems at bit different probably because I've been playin too much SVC. I need the strategy guide big time because the Red Arth guys make no since to me, they have like no 2-in-1's. So far my team is Jedah (god tier) and M. Bison and I beatsed on my bro's crappy Urien who sux in this game.

Turbo people are high damage but can not tec-roll. Darkstalkers good combos but can not take a hit. Red-earth can Perfect- gard blocking high and low at the same time by pressing F-Punch and Roundhouse together but can not stop throws during this. They have a half ass alpha counter during this by doing qcb and punch or kick I think?

Third Strike people suck and the moves and priority is all backwards. Try playing Alex!

NEED BATTLE COLISUEM!!!!!!!!! i think i spelled that wrong. :rolleyes:

ive been beaten by felicias, demitris, jedahs and anakariss.

ive been beaten by uriens, yuns and alexs.

ive been beaten by leos, hauzers, nools and muks.

ive been beaten by bisons, ryus, guiles and zangis.

ive been beaten by guys, roses and karins.

they are all competitive imo.

Demitri + Ryu = A good ass kicking served up by ResOGlas as tonight's main course. Too bad Capcom didn't throw in more Vampire Savior characters, I would have loved to see Rikuo, Donovan, or Lilith in this game. A groove select would have been nice too.

I am still amazed by the fact that Morrigan isn't part of this game... almost every Capcom "cross-over" game has Morrigan.

In the newest famitsu the japanese release dates are Dec 2nd for ps2 and End of Winter for Xbox. No firm date yet.

I don't know about the us release though.

Haha, thats funny. Thats like saying all ytou need in CvS2 is Sagat, in SSF2T is O Sagat....but you get my point. Just cause a character is considered top teir by everyone doesn't mean he can't be beaten. I played a damn good Jedah player and beat the hell out of him with Mukuro, I've only been beaten once by Jedah so far, Ive seen him do a ton of crazy shit, but he's not impossible to beat.

beelzebubble got it right, all of them are good on a competitive level. This game is still new, so all of the crazy glitches and insane combos haven't been found yet.

I've playerd ever Zero player and they all suck.

But I take it back on Jedah, if your opponent packs a good anit-air ya dead.

Every Darkstalker is good, the SF2's do too much damage, the 3rd Strike people suck balls. there's no super cancel combos into Aegis, Alex can't Flash Chop (HP), back Drop (HP) combo, no Genei-Jin, they have small priority and need bar. And in this game, buildin' bar is like cleanin' shrimp, long and a pain in the ass.

I dont get the Red Earth people.

I'm sorry, but you say you use Bison? You've played every Zero player? I'm sorry, but Zero just completely destroys Bison. An average Zero player beats the best Bison user out there every time. Zero can pressure Bison with his gunshot all day long and there isn't shit he can do about it, except jump and get anti-aired from any of Zero's weapons.

Ryu's version of this game is a monster. Seems like Capcom makes him a little

He's far from overpowered in Third Strike. Middle-tier at best.

but seriously I've not seen one, heard of or played one good Zero player. Sides I just beat some top people on-lie (Neo-Bahamut & Capilipsis). Yes Bison is bottom tier, but alotta people suck out there, they are dumb enough to do rapid anti-airs and uppercuts, including the Iori players.

But yes Ryu is a beast, so far my Jedah has only been beat by Ryu.

If you're some fighting game expert, then you should clearly see Zero's strengths. The dude has a projectile with ZERO recovery, a multitude of anti-airs, an infinite, and an exceed that makes him even deadlier. The guy builds mad meter, faster than anybody in the game, and his pokes have very little recovery. Just because the Zero players you play apparently play with their feet or something doesn't mean that he isn't the strongest in the game.

Then you go on to say that a lot of people suck, so you win with Bison, which gives little credibility to your playing style. Which in another thread, has been reduced to headstomp crossups. Play a real Zero player.
