probably a bot, call the number listed on the contact site and threaten a law suit, it should end it easy.

An IP ban would probably be easier and if that doesn't work out just report them to their ISP.

I'm willing to bet the dudes static. Since the first account was already banned. This annoyance can always spawn new accounts.

Probable. But I'd guess that whoever banned him this time didnt ban the IP hence the Mcity4 acct "spam".
