PSII VGA

Hello,

I am acostomed to playing dreamcast games specificly shooters on my Dreamcast using a Rotatable PC monitor. Damn they look so nice in High-Res.

I would like to get a PSII to play some of the Shooters/fighters not on the dreamcast

Are PSII games made in HIgh Res Mode, If so how many?
What would I have to do to get games to run in High Res mode?
I am guessing it has something to do with turing a High Def singal into VGA.

I am not interested in getting an UPscan convert since I can just as easily Rotate my TV.
