I recently got a used neo geo arcade. Both of the joysticks work but one is looser in feel then the other. Does anyone know how I might be able to make it as tight as the other joystick? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

it sounds like the spring inside is worn out. you could either replace the spring inside voth joysticks, or take the loose one out, stretch it a bit, and then put it back in. great job on scoring a neo cab.

Congrats on scoring a cab..

(Most likely it's the Player 1 joystick that's looser,right..?

I'd buy a set of Super Joysticks.....
Nothing like brand new sticks in a cab.. :buttrock:

Bob Roberts has some Happ Ultimate 8-ways with the optional heavy spring already installed for $9 each. I just bought a pair and installed them into my cab and it made a world of difference. He's also got a lot of other stuff that you'd need to maintain your cab such as all those little lamps, tools, etc.

Cheap, shameless plug for The Real Bob Roberts :buttrock:
