PULSTAR kit comes complete with new art set in baggy amd matching serial nimbers on cart and box.
New art sets mean it comes complete withj new minimarquee,2 new flyers and dip sheet.
Cart is clean and label on cart and box are mint.
Box is in excellent condition.
Picture is available but need mail box space to be received.
