110 Watts, +5v 15A, +12v 2.5A, -5v 1A @ $24 each.

Or

250 Watts Of Power
+5v 25A, +12v 10A, -5v .5A, -12v .5A @ $35 each.

The latter being an XT type.

I am mostly wanting to use PCB's, CPS2, F3, STV, Neo one slot. I want one that is sufficient for all those requirements.

According to one website, a Supergun PSU should output the following -

+5v @ 10A, +12v @ 2A.

So, the top one is much more closer to the required voltages right?

Is this the link to the Jameco you guys use for Consolized MVS units -

Both will work, but the sedond is overkill, because you won't need that much current. When you say "So, the top one is much more closer to the required voltages right?", I believe you are confusing current and voltage ratings. The second has higher current ratings, but that doesn't mean that the voltages are any closer. The voltage levels will depend on how well the supply outputs are regulated. Also, most arcade supplies have an adjustment for the +5 V.
