4 Slot moniter problems

So I've had my Neo Dedi' 4 Slot for about 8 months now, and The last time I pluged it in, the screen's all fuzzy, and a white stipe appears on the bottom of the screen (covering the credits) I can make it darker to make the fuzzyness go away, but now it's almost too dark to play. HELP!!!

A cap kit would probably fix the monitor.
The lines at the bottom are vertical scan foldover, this is typical when the electro caps start drying out.

Thanks for the info ttooddddyy. I thought I was SOL.

So now where do I find info on fixing the electro caps?!
