If the MS5 US you bought from me which was Brand New was faulty then I am sorry, but I bought that direct from the Neostore and never played it. If it was faulty I would not have known as it would have come from the factory like that.
If you had issues with it you should have told me about them in the weeks following it and then we would have been able to disucss a possible refund - not several months later.

I had some big trouble just recently with a guy called Adrian Bentley from Halifax , West Yorkshire England... He is a member here and I would love to know who he is.... I only have his email address but he is a member and a right rude git at that! He wanted to pay for a US Garou in installments over a few months period... Over a year later and still owing half the money, I get an email saying he will be away for 6 months due to work... the email coming from someone who claims to be his mate and not actually him... I said I wasnt happy as it had gone on far too long and so the guy asked for a refund saying I was ripping him off anyway as the game was too expensive!!! Over a year later you cant really start having an argument like that..... Well, in the end he got a refund but I wasnt happy about it....

It was all bad and Richard eventually gave up and gave the fekker his money back...
He used the excuse that a friend brought it for him and that his friend was handling the deal in his absense.... I can't remember the exact details but Richard will....
He was one PISSED off man that week...
I'll see if Richard can come and shed some light on this... maybe you two can get together... IF its the same guys scam... we'd like to know...

This is getting no where fast. I woud say that after the game has been in you possesion for this long a refund is not in order. Getting the cart repaired for him would be the best way to handle it IMO.

First of all, nobody here has friends, that's why we post here.
Second of all, you won't get very far calling this guy a scammer being that he has sold some of the most sought ever ENG carts on the market with no problems.
Third of all, you should have tested the cart imediately. If you can't, then tough shit. Suck it up. 5 months is to long. Try taking an opened PSII game back to Best buy 5 months from now and explain the situation to them.
You bought a homecart not a car!!!!!!!!
