I just got a game from ebay seller Dungeongamez99.

Everything went smoothly, but I sent him two emails which he has never replied to.

The last message was sent about a week ago.

I got my game and that is whats most important, but I hate to give positive feedback to someone who can't even reply to my emails.

I'm gonna give him time to reply and maybe try calling him, but if I get no response I'm going to give neutral feedback.

What do you all think?

Question is, would you consider doing business with him again? If so, then its probably a good indication that positive is in order. Also, no feedback is often better than leaving neutral, especially if they have yet to leave you feedback ;)

Don't call his house or leave him a neutral reply, that would be nutty.

If he followed through with his end of the agreement then leave him positive feedback. Selling something on eBay doesn't automatically enter you into a penpal contract with the buyer; if you got your game no communication is necessary.

Also, lots of email spam filters seem to catch eBay emails and toss them into the junk folder... it's happened to me many a time.

You should leave positive feedback. Maybe the seller was too busy finishing other deals more complicated than yours, he didn't want to lose time on yours since he already recently shipped it and it was going in the way to you.
Just how much feedback and how many sales at a time does that seller manage?

Did you have a problem with anything?
Did your emails suggest that a reply is nessacary?

I once gave a girl 2 extensions and allowed her to pay via check for Megaman 1. Her last email was... "Ok the check is going out on friday". Two days later, I get a negative "Seller was ok until he stopped answering my Emails". WTF?????

Like they say in Boiler room "Don't pitch the bitch".

This seller wouldn't be bbu97159656tcy? Cause if it is, then forget the answer. I have bought stuff from him several times, and I still do business with him, here and there, but the communication sucks. One time, he reported me to Ebay because of "failure to pay for items", and this was after I already received the items and left positive feedback.
