yes they did. Only certain titles though (no particular reason, they just ran out of seal stickers often) and not every copy of a particular title had the sticker applied.
I have one of these sealed sam sho 3 and yes, they dure are purdy.
However, to whoever buys this one, have X slit the sticker in between the crease of the case so he can put paper towel in between the back of the cart and the case. This will eliminate any further scuffing during transite.
