Heh; I just finished reading the review of HL2 in PCGamer.

They said it was "arguably the best game ever made". Pretty high praise, no?

I'm stoked for november. Its a bit ironic that the month with the day set aside to remember the folley of war, us gamers are drooling over a spate of wargames :).

Oh well, let the best couple of months in gaming history commence!

I nicknamed Halflife as "Nolife" back in the day... Certainly HL2 will earn that NoLife2 name once again.

Supposedly it won't bring a 'soso' computer to its knees as much as Doom 3 did either.

My preorder at EB was done a couple weeks ago. Gordon... i'm there for ya buddy!

I've been hearing that a 600 Mhz P3 and a GeForce 2 card are sufficent, although like Doom 3, you need a high-end computer to get the graphics the way Valve intended.
