They are my favourite on-line arcade shop. Their prices are just w00t. You need to e-mail them for a full stock price list, and then e-mail them your order. Their site sucks, but e-mail communication is excellent. You can also ask for anything not in their list, they might be able to get it for you.
Shipping from Hong Kong by EMS is a bit expensive but it arrives in a week. They will state a low value in the customs form if you ask for it.
Their only problem is that they don't accept credit cards, you need a money order or bank transfer (make sure they don't need to pay fees in their end), so this raises total cost about 10%.

I've made something like 5 orders for a total of more than 1000$ and everything has been fine so far.

On their price list, take care that anythig with a * is a boot. On MVS games, if it says "new cart" it's supposed to mean complete kit, but to be sure ask before you order, they usually reply any question promptly.

Some of their latest prices in MVS kits, that might force me to order some stuff:

KoF 03: 58$
Metal Slug 5: 72$
Samurai 5: 78$
SvC: 98$

I just ordered some boards from them and Queenie is super fast with e-mails considering the time difference. They just shipped my order the same day I put a wire transfer through. Haven't gotten the package yet obviously, but it's been very easy so far!

Yep,Cosmicco is awesome. I've ordered stuff from them many times, each with great results.

Queenie and co. offer quality products, great communication, and fast shipping, thus putting them up there with the best in the business.

However,do take shipping costs and wire transfer/WU fees into consideration before ordering,as they aren't cheap.

Highly recommended.

If you're not in a hurry to get your stuff, send them a WU money order. This may take a while, but it sure beats paying $30+ on wiring fees

Wire transfer isn't cheap, but I just hate dealing with money orders through Western Union.

Not a big deal,I do it all the time, unless you want to get the stuff right away, then it can be a tad slow.

They're pretty good about it,so no worries either way.

I always use WU, it is very easy to use, no surprises, and they get it within minutes. I just need to e-mail them the reference number once I make the payment in the post office.

However their fee is pretty expensive here in Spain, usually around 10% of the grand total. But since they take US$ as payment, and the € is very strong (although the fuckers give me a exchange rate worse than the official), I still get good deals. For example, I think my last order costed me something like 350€, and the fee was 30€.

I wanted to follow up my earlier posts and say that the goods arrived in 3 business days (ordered Tuesday Pacific time, which is early Wed in HK, and got the box Friday!).

Great looking stuff, good packaging, and speedy.

Can you send a WU from online or do you have to go to a WU store to do it?
