Sup everyone! I got some stock in today and its a wonderful box indeed. I have 8...yes 8 SSVS MVS kits available!!!

CART HISTORY: Original MVS version with full blood and FATALITIES that were censored in the AES version. Only sold in Japan, and supposedly only 1,000 copies made it to market.

Now the condition ranges a bit on the BOX, but the actual cart and kit condition is the same.

Move sticker condition: Mint
Flyer condition: Mint
Cart conditoin: Excellent+, small round sticker residue on label, but can EASILY be cleaned. Some cart scratches as they have been used in Japanese arcades!!!

Please note that some of the bubble wrap around the carts isn't original (most are original), but I don't take -original bubble wrap- as part of the price. Just seems silly.

Now you have your chose of a box with an original label, or one that had it ripped off. Of course the one with the label ripped off will be cheaper. (prices at the bottom)

With label: SOLD OUT
ssvswlabel.jpg

Without label: 1x available (we'll call them UNKNOWN SAMURAI)

As you can see, the box conditions are not that great. The one with the yellow stick it note has a cart with some odd sticker residue on it. Looks like its from a security sticker. We'll call this one STICKY SAMURAI.

PRICES
All prices include shipping in the USA. International shipping via EMS add $10.00.

KNOWN SAMURAI kit = $xxx.00 SOLD OUT
UNKNOWN SAMURAI kit = $xxx.00 SOLD OUT
STICKY SAMURAI kit = $xxx.00 SOLD OUT
SLOPPY SAMURAI kit = $xxx.00 SOLD OUT

TRADES

If its in my signature, I'm interested, if not, don't bug me. :)

PAYMENT

Dammit, I only have a 6 Slot I could trade!

Are you looking for any of those Full Kits in bare cart version?

Sorry, no bare carts. A fully functional 6 slot would get ya a good chunk off those prices. ;)

I was hoping you would show up Lithy.....should have mentioned it earlier. You were asking $180.00 for it right? I'll give you that much in credit towards any of the kits. :)

Why would anyone rape the hell out of those boxes like that?

It just seems like more energy was spent on tearing up those boxes than its worth. whats the point?

I think when they were originally shipped to Arcades they slapped an address label on the box and taped it up. Arcades don't care about the "collectability" of the carts.

I can attest that Samurai 5 special is definitely worth the hype. I have the aes version and it kicks ass. I love SS1 and have been largely unimpressed with SS2, SS3, SS4 and SS5. SS5S though might eventually unseat SS1 as my favorite. its the real deal, especially if you have human competition.

It's a fully functional 6 Slot, with no Metal top. How much credit would you give me? :)

how could anyone deny SSII?

that's just insane

seriously, how can you call yourself a Sam Sho fan?

I guess it's all opinion, but it's like denying crack, without the side effefcts and possibility of your heart stopping

@ Dark Andy:

6 slot without the cover kinda kills any desire for it. :(

@ SS2 fans

I would have to say SS2 is a great game, but I'll take SSVS any day. Better sprites, fatalities, all the bells and whistles and killer backgrounds. Crapload more characters.

Hell, the reason I got an AES back in the day was for SS1.

I could never really get into SS2 for some reason. For a couple reasons:

1. Some of the characters are goofy and don't belong in Sam Sho (Siegart Zieger or whatever his name is...caffeine nicotine)

2. What ruins the game for me is the rage charge up of characters when you get hit. It pauses the action and ruins the flow of the battle.

3. the timing seems funny.

I've played SS1 to death and it is my favorite SS of all. I picked up SS2 when it was released but it didnt feel the same. Its just off imo. If you don't agree with me thats fine but no need to flame me :D

SS5S feels much more like SS1 than any of the SamSho's that followed it. Its a very cool game & it may be the best Sam Sho of all. Unlike SS1 it seems pretty balanced from the limited time I've put into it. But it appeals to my taste enuf that I'm definitely going to commit the time to get good at it. I didnt feel that way about SS2, 3, 4 or 5 and I owned all of them at one time or another (still have SS2) Either way, if you like the Samurai Shodown series you should try out SS5S.

Added some in-game pics in the first post. All carts will be tested for functionality before they ship of course.
