Is there a way to adjust the volume on my candy cab?

Yes, look for the volume control on your motherboard and adjust it from there.

I have a MV-1C I cant seem to find the volume on it

It's a little yellow knob on the right hand side of the board (if the JAMMA pins are facing you). It's on the opposite side of the dipswitches if you don't understand what I mean by that. You will need a philips screwdriver to adjust it. Hope that helps.
