Taito G-Net board resetting?

Hey guys, I just picked up a Taito G-Net motherboard with a couple of games. Both games load fine and play for about 30-40 minutes then, in the middle of play they will freeze at a random spot and reboot. After freezing and rebooting the first time every time after that I try to play another round I'm left with the same results. Given the circumstances I'm left thinking it's a problem with the mother board, what do you guys think? Anyone else here have a G-Net?
