connecting ultra modded system to TV ?

i guess the yellow is video

That extra power supply is for the new sound card they fitted in. The ultra modded system have a new video encoder that is supposed to output better s-video but what's the point in using s-video when you have an RGB compatible TV that you no doubt have in England? All these super/ultra/mega systems may be appealing to americans but useless to Europeans, so get an RGB scart cable an enjoy the best signal your Neo can output. And if your Neo outputs crappy RGB (as often happens) just get it modded as shown in this thread:

it supped to have a surround sound sort of mod on this, but the sound is crap i mean its really unclear, wtf ?

Is the sound card PSU compatible with UK mains? 'Cause if it's not you'll have to use a stepdown converter for that too...

i have to use 2 step ddowns becuase they are US conectors

it sounds like the voloume outputting the neo is set too high
