Goddamnnit. I'm thinking about buying 3DO and I don't have a clue on where to buy games for it and if there is more then a dozen good games for it. I don't need another system with no games at my house. So I hope someone will post a reliable site beside this one for 3DO games.

I've never tried a game outside my own region, but I have heard the 3D0 wasn't region locked

Well this isn't an import game but I recommend Star Control 2 for 3do, I have it and love it- The 1 player "adventure/rpgish" mode is awesome, and the 2 player vs. mode can be as addicting as an SNK fighter :buttrock: .

You know, not to rain on anyone's parade or to condone these kinds of things, but you can burn backups of 3DO games and play them on your console without any mods.

Anywho, I was fortunate enough to snag a free 3DO some years back from my former place of employment, and then I bought the copies of Samurai Shodown and Super Street Fighter II Turbo that we got in at one point. There really weren't too many good games on the 3DO, unfortunately; it was mainly ports of mediocre PC games and a few decent original titles. Some of the better games were the aforementioned SS, SSFIIT, Killing Time, Escape from Monster Manor, Bladeforce (I think that's what it was called), and Guardian War (just for the awesome 90's metal soundtrack). If you have any local video game stores (not one of the crappy chain franchises) nearby, then check there. You could also try thrift stores and pawn shops, because older video game equipment usually makes its way through those kinds of places on a regular basis. Hope this helps.
