Indeed, this seems a bit odd. Unless this guy has a killer cases of mono, I highly doubt it's because of sickness. Even if he is sick, he still could get himself (or evena friend) to go get it mailed off. I think in the end it comes down to how hard a guy will try to go the extra mile, and it looks like Kid dropped the ball so now it looks as if he's just ignorng the situation and hoping it will go away.

I was the first one to make a thread about him taking over a month . To be honest since I thought I was the only one that this happened to and it was a one time thing I did not make a big deal about it . I even changed the title of my thread to read that he is good people to deal with . Had I known that this was the way he always conducts business I would have made more of an effort to give people a heads up .

If there is no way for you to ship out Liquids game, then go ahead and issue him a refund... then repost the game for sale once you are able to get around. That way Liquid can finally have some resolution with this transaction.

I've got a copy of MegaDrive Shadow Dancer at my work, cheap.
I'd like to try and mediate this thing if possible, since it's gone way out of control.

Ray, you need to just finish this deal and do the right thing. I consider you a friend of mine, but honestly, posting about looking for GameCube cases while having some dumb unresolved shit like this floating around just looks bad. If you have time to post about things you're looking for, you have time to send out the game or the refund.

Jung, you should have shown a little better judgement. Going public and whining incessantly about a deal that's taking longer than you like isn't doing the right thing either. In working a lot of retail, I know I'm sure not inclined to be good to a customer when they start being a pecker. Yeah, the customer's always right...but one who acts a bit nicer when trying to get what they want usually gets it faster.
Not excusing Ray for not sending your game or refund, but it's a simple truth of human behavior.

All the other drama flies circling around this turd of a deal need to STFU and let these two and a mediator solve it. This isn't even close to what Kyokugen Star or other infamous actual 'scammers' have pulled. Those kinds of comparisons are ludicrous at best. This is a small, stupid blown deal that got ugly and public way too fucking fast.

Ray just cough up the man's product or send him a refund. This isn't the K.A. I did business with on two occassions man. What happened to your "Ethics"? Without them a seller/buyer/community member here ain't worth a shit. Come on dude, do the right thing. Make this transaction right, and any others you've got in limbo.

Lets get a few facts out in the open here. After payment has been recived you have 30 days to get your buyer his Merchandise or you could be charged with felony fraud if your payment was made by money order or credit card. Under the new Federal Guidelines for Internet Fraud, what KA has done here is illegal. I would really hate to put this on someones ass over 15 dollars. Fact is it can be done though. Credit Card fraud is Creit Card Fraud, the dollar amount means nothing because the transaction occured over the internet. The new Federal Guidelines are pretty stiff. KA if he doesnt get a pm in the next 24 hours I will be instructing him on how to call your local police and get the ball rolling. I DO NOT want to do this. I dont get my rocks off getting people in trouble. Do yourself a favor and get the kid a pm. Lets get this settled.

How ya been man? Yeah everything is going really good here. My Snake projects are up and rolling and they are doing bad assed!! I will have babies this year. Here is a pic of my breeder male.

This is the Albino Reticulated Python they grow to be the worlds largest Snake (documented 33+ feet, 400lbs) and when the first morph was found they commanded the highest price ever for one single Snake. Babies now go for $2000 each and one female will lay up to 80 eggs. It will be a good year for me

I hope to be around for awhile and start my Neo collection over, I sold alot to start my breeding collection and I am sure when this investment repays me it wont be to hard to get them all back
