Sound question

I have a 2 slot MVS board which i run in a standard Jamma cab, so far so good, however i'm missing about 75% of the sound. As far as I understand this is caused by the difference in pin-out between the MVS harness and the Jamma cab.

My question is, does a single slot MVS board have the same sound problem?
(Since the harness type is Jamma on the single slot MVS boards according to the HardMVS comparison guide.)

Single Slot is MONO sound as is JAMMA standard so all sounds are there.

There is a Stereo option by means of a Cable but you have to wire it up.
