I just drew up a consept, would this circuit work in theory ? As you can see from the links, I was thinking of making everything in parallel, and each JAMMA connection will have an indipendent DPDT switch... but from this set up only one can be powered on at the same time.

So will my set up from the diagram work ? Are there any suggestions for you guys experenced in electronics on this set up ?

Anyhow, I just found a great MAC PC case (all made of plastic and is light) to place both the ST-V and MV-1C into, just enough room for everything... so it should be a nice compact size.

Thanks for the advice guys.

I'm not an electronics expert. You could just use a 8p2t switch for all your audio, video, and power. Then just wire your buttons/joysticks to both jamma connectors.

You do know that they make a mulitjamma kit thats plug and play, right?

Your have a RGB convertor listed, is this for a supergun? If so it is probally going to be easier and cheaper to just switch boards, but if you lazy like me you prolly want to switch games with ease.

I rather save $$$ and make a basic one.

I would rather save the $$$ to buy more games... and switching boards is a pain in the ass... so in the end I think it will be worth something (the parts I need are just switches, wire and 2-3 jamma harness (2 for the MVS and ST-V, one for optional arcage PCB outside the console)

My RGB converter is a Jrok 3.1
