This is just a General Announcement.

Oct 22-24 Houston Texas, Sheraton North Houston @ Oni-Con

I will be holding 3 Neo-Geo Tournaments

Oct 22 Signup or real early Saturday mourning
Oct 23 tournamanet play starts at 8am single elimination
Oct 24 finals for final 8 starts around 9am Double elimination

Games

On Neo 50" Arcade Cab

* SVC Chaos
* KOF 2003

On Neo Home System

* Samurai Shodown V Special *Unfixed w/ Unibios 2.0*

Tournament fee

Free with admission to con $35 for the whole weekend or you can pay for the day.

Rule sheets will be provided at the door on signup.

Prizes will very slighlty by game but will included the following. note more may be added providing on what I recieve withing the next few days. I may also be able to award cash but it depends on participation.

There are more prizes on the way but I can not confirm them yet. i will also be giving away Neo geo Fan Pins and KOF 2003 posters while supplies last.

Notes

this tournament is just a part of the Convention which includes 2 live band preformances, 3 24 hour video rooms, a hugh dealer room and much more. The arcade room will also be open 24x7 and all my games will be on free play.

I'm not going to be able to be there on Friday though. Is there going to be free play at all, or is it just tournaments?

Arcade is 24x7 that weekend from Friday 10am to sunday around 2pm or so. tournament times start at 10am on saturday and 10am on sunday.

on How close it is to Humble..it is at Bush intercontiental Airport

if you do not know where the airport is, it is north/east of I-45 right near beltway 8 and yes very close to Humble..

and yes all neo game will be on freeplay since they are mine....there will be pay for play DDR and Gulity Gear Isuka which i do not own

Right Now for the convention we are over 1,000 people with another 500-600 expected, so it will be a pretty full house. I doubt most will play in the tournament though Since I can only do 64 people per game.

Arrgh... I won't be able to compete in the tournaments. I won't be able to be there Friday or Sunday... I'm coming Saturday with my school's anime club (that I'm not even in btw, I just know the right people), and I'll be there from opening to closing, but I won't be able to be there on Sunday unless my life depends on it. I'm was kinda wanting to see how good I was compared to the rest of the Neo Geo community though... I'm the best when it comes to fighting games in my high school easily, but I don't think I'm the best in the area.
