Picking it up as soon as it comes in at the store down the road. Assuming that happens before 12PM, our Halo group at work will be taking an hour lunch to play on the projector in one of our conference rooms. We'll probably order pizza too.

Then I'll come home and play some single player, then Live.

Mmmmmmmm...Halo 2.

Knowing the "owner" of a big retail outlet video game store :D It can also be had if you're connected in "the scene". 'Nuff said, all I know is I'll be playing it before you. :D

I have a copy preordered, so I suppose I'll buy it. But I can't say I'm all that hyped for the game.

But Metal Gear Solid 3 comes out a week or so later, and it totally eclipses any other release that month. Or the whole year, really.

Well not really you still get to use their operation system, that's a plus right? :tickled:

Anyway they are not leaving the pc out they are just using good market technique. They know if they sell a copy of Halo 2 to every xbox owner on the planet they will more than likely sell it to pc owners twice, once for xbox and once for pc because of their hast to play it.

Microsoft is about money and nothing else... No matter if the game is a piece of shit they will make a followup if it makes them money. I personally didn't think halo was that great, everyone thought it was cool because it was their first taste of a lan gaming experince.

Iam gonna go to work on Tues. Then after that...Ill have Wed, Thurs, and Fri off to play Halo 2. Perfect day for the game to come out. :D
