Self-explanitory poll. I'm thinking about selling my PS2, because it's collecting dust, but I want to get some input from you guys. Vote and discuss.

Since you don't play it anymore I'd say go for Trade In Credit towards something you do play, or just collect your $80.00 Cash Money from GAMESTOP since they still actually still give out money. It might not sound like a lot, but feck... it's $80.00 you don't have right now and you're obviously not playing the PS2 and probably for good reason.

If you don't have a PS1, then for crying out loud keep it. For the great old games alone, it's worth it. Just slap a mod chip in it and keep on truckin'.

so if he doesnt sale it but puts a mod chip in it then drops it off a roof of a building, which in turn it gets caught by a on passing 18 wheeler and it ends up some where
in montana, as this happens a kid finds it brings it home and puts in , lets say, a scratched to hell copy of ridge racer , connects it to his tv via s-video and his tv decides to evaporate (in less than 16 nanoseconds) because it has increased the resolution and sound qulity 115% by all the traveling and modding , bright lights, and big cities it has been through on its travels.... id say trade it in for credit, cause if you wait until the baby ps2 comes out to trade it in, the video game by back stores will give you next to nothingfor something that nobody wanted in the first place, especially if it has mods, princess lights and so on.

im stoned, is it ok to say im stoned on here? cause i dont wanna get all paranoid and feel bad about the well traveled , modded tricked out big brother ps2 when his little brother of a ps2 comes out.

Make it into a robot that cooks omelets. If you’re not willing to go that far then you shouldn’t have come here in the first place.

Well, right now, I'm leaning towards ditching my PS2 for a PSTwo. I figured that the whole top-loading thing would make boot discs and such easier to use, and besides, Namco is releasing quite a few games for the PS2 only that I really want to play, like Death By Degrees, Tekken 5, Ace Combat 5, and Crisis Zone.

i sold mine a couple months ago, and regret it now...i sold my PS2 (the ony game i had was the GT3 pack in from back in the day), and pretty much every badass PS1 game released from the beginning, and i miss things like einhander, SFA3, thunderforce V, ridge racer 4, etc.

now i'm drooling over GT4, viewtiful joe, and gradius V...

but that would draw precious funds away from collecting MVS cart, so...no. :D
