A poor seller

Is the item I won. I should have know better than to expect a good cart out somone that hacks others pics, but nevertheless I bid and won. The auction states Like is has never been opened. The cart is abused, the tray is completly cracked and broken, the manual is worn and there is wrinkling and stickers on the case. The game has a serious rattle to it, my neo is being modding right now, I hope the game works. Ive sent an email asking for an reasons for the lies, I shall see where this goes. He has another cart up on ebay now, so beware.

It's a hacked pic.
I figure the cart will be in crappy condition.

I haven't got a responce from this seller.
No total or address to send payment.
I can go through checkout and put in the total and most likely get an address.
Bu, I'm not going to send the payment blindly.

I emailed him several times with no responce..
I'll see what happens maybe he's busy.

I'd sure hate to know what he believes POOR OR USED CONDITION is.
The market for Neo Geo on ebay is pretty bad. I expect the worst and have been pleasantly surprised maybe once or twice....

people on ebay will get away with things if you let them
make sure to do things like complain to ebay about the seller and leave negative feedback

Just check the sellers Feedback. The guy doesn't adhere to the Terms of being a genuine seller. You have kept you side of the deal. Don't ruin your feedback rating for 1 twat. If you can get the new box and sell the game on mate.

With 1 minute left in the day, give him the negative feedback... hehe, when he goes to respond the time will have expired and he will get the neg, you get nada...

That is a long way off, April 23rd for your auction.. but it is the principle of it all... FUCK HIM OVER... oh and I would forward the email and your complaint to ebay, let them know he is threatening a neg for you telling the truth about his auction.
