This game is awesome. I've played 4 songs so far and I'm loving it. My fav song is the Legeng of Zelda theme. I can't wait for my gamestore to get more Bongo controllers so I can hammer my freinds at it. I suggest you pick it up it's a bargain for 50 bucks :buttrock:

The US version has double the songs of either Japanese one.

Oh, and Japanese people hate you.

Played for an hour and so far its pure fun.

Simple to learn, but hard enough to keep you playing in order to unlock more songs and mini games.

Worth 50 bucks. :buttrock:

How's it compare to Bemani (IIDX, Pop'N Music, etc.)?

Pretty different from any Bemani game, but plays a little similar to Namco's Taiko no Tatsujin series.

Anyway, Taiko no Tatsujin is better.

I just got my copy of Donkey Konga today as well. I am having a lot of fun with it. I will most likely invest in one or two more Konga's though. You can use four controllers but it is just not as fun.

50 is a steal for this game and the Konga's. Nice big display box as well.

I might get it just because Odama uses the bongo drums in some way.

The game is fun. But a little easy. You cant but help and laugh at yourself like a retard (in that DDR sort of way) as you beat the bongos to the pokemon theme song :make_fac: :multi_co:

I'm wondering when is that coming to Europe and at what price...

Some months ago we got "Singstars", a karaoke game for PS2 bundled with 2 microphones, I haven't tried it, too ashamed to sing :emb:

October 15th I think, should be £40 / 50euros. I have the Jap version, but I'll prob get this as well.

Yep, I checked nintendo's site and it's coming on October 15, but I don't know the price... I would possibly buy it for 50€, but I bet it will cost 60€ here :oh_no:

Yeah the nonorignal artists kinda sucks... But I really like this game I just picked it up today after playing it in the store for like 2hrs trying to beat "All the Small Things" on chimp mode. I brought it home and I've already beat all the monkey mode songs with a gold DK. Some of the song selections cracked me up like "Whip it" and others especially when your bonging on beat.

I don't know if your konga boxes are like mine but, mine has English and French language on it. Also My entire manual is in French so it does me alot of good lol. The game case is also in English/French. Is it because they are selling this game in Canada to lots of French people?

that struck me as odd aswell. nintendo, nor anyone really, has ever released multilingual games in america (i know in canada they get the french/english, but thats usually a seperate version)

my box has english/french/spanish, the insert is too, but i got two seperate manuals, one spanish one, and an english/french one.

they probably dont want to spend the money to make different versions, since its going to be a niche product, like the samba maracas and basically any other special controller in america
