Someone help me get this avatar the right size?

someone help, it's to big and i am an idiot and can't fix it. any suggestions?

Use a program like Paint Shop Pro to resize it to 64 x 64 pixels. However, since the aspect ratio of the original isn't 1:1 (the width and the height are not the same), you may want to crop first, or, in my opinion the best way, crop around the picture until you have a 64 x 64 pixel image.

You can use Microsoft Paint to crop.
