Sengoku Blade sequel game on PSP

I was looking through IGN to see info on the TGS games. I stumbled upon a game called Sengoku Cannon for PSP by X-Nauts .. the parent company of Psikyo. There are no details or screenshots as of yet. But just hearing the name alone makes me excited.

It seems teh fekken PSP is gonna have killer titles, mostly looking forward to

Darkstalkers Chronicle: The Chaos Tower
Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children
Lumines (Saw one screenshot, looks amazing)
Tales of Eternia (Looks as good as symphonia, they have vids)
YS VI - The Ark of Napishtim (Looks like the best RPG ever judging by the videos, you absolutely HAVE to check them out)
Sengoku Cannon

Also wanted to mention to those that done know that Sengoku Ace and Sengoku Blade are being released in a double pack for PS2. It ships December 2 .. my preorder is already in a NCS.

mixed feelings about this

its pretty clear all the talentous psikyo artists died in 1999 or so

funnily enough,
in the same year the good people at snk and capcom suffered the same fate

after that,
we got a bunch of so so 3d games and then NOTHING for years

i mean,i genuinely thought piskyo went under

and x-nauts is like playmore

now they own the rights but they dont even know how to PORT games
( see the strikers comp or the cosplay mahjong game )

so the idea of them making a NEW game

and the sequel to possibly of the finest shooters ever

is...meh...

but we'll see

as long as it is not 3d...

I'm with Fran on this one. *There just isn't any point to it, all that will come out of it is a "MEH" attempt at the greatness of the original. I kick myself in the ass for having sold my SATURN copy years ago.

the ys game looks like all the other ys game.

only thing that sticks out with the psp are the amazing visuals and that fucking screen is so nice but so damn $$$.

i would be very very suprised to see this at $199 but i wouldnt flinch at a $300 tag. either way i wont be buying it till i see a $149 price.
