PSX to USB adaptor help

I got this (http://www.lik-sang.com/info.php?category=23&products_id=3172&) adaptor from danadamkof a while back and I need some help with it.

It is supposed to support DDR pads, but when you plug one in and try to hit two directions at once, it wont do both at once.

Anyone have one of these and know if its possible to make it work right

Edit: nevermind, i have the older one.

you have to hit a sequence of buttons to put the joy adapter into game mode.

I think it's hold the Up Arrow, Start Button, and Select Button at the same time for a couple of seconds. Then, go in and map the buttons in the Config/Key Joy Mapping in the Options menu.

opps wrong adapter, Are you using stepmania?
