Scammers,Timewasters,Theives...etc

Due to the recent activities that have happened in the selling forums as of late. I am going to compile a list of scammers, timewasters, theives etc. I know this has probably been attempted before...but I plan to remain vigilant in keeping this updated. Any info that can be provided to me such as the persons real name, forum name, breif statement of events that took place. Also, any link to a thread will be added to each ndividual that is listed.

Kulanartkung ( SCAMMER ) After being scammed himself. Kula decides to scam other members of the forums by selling them RARE games. Needless to say, they were never mailed to the people that paid for them. Here is an address for Kulanartkung:

Markie Mark ( TIMEWASTER ) PMed TonK about purchasing his JPN AES. After 48hours of item being held, TonK still received no further communication from this member. It has been stated that this is not the first time he has done this.

Dougdsensi ( SCAMMER / Theif ) Sold several items. Some received and some obviously never sent. There are people who beleive him to be the same person who ripped off Filtek Australia to the tune of $20,000 USD. Nevertheless, there are several members that have complained about him not sending out items in the thread below:

Aaron Lewis ( TimeWaster/Scammer ) Made several deals at one time. Problem was .. he was making deals to cover deals. Actually had nothing to trade in the first place. Tried to cover potential scam by making up a lie that his mail man was stealing his packages. Owed lots of money and merchandise to SEVERAL members. It is still unknown if everyone received back money/goods/shipping costs. Aliases are, Aaron Lewis, Oceanvein, Oceantattoos, I am a neo chick, XxxstonethecrowxxX, wolvie.. probably more. KOF_FANATIK ( Scammer / TimeWaster / Theif ) Between not paying Dojosky the remaining money he owes him, winning one of Snake Grungers auctions and NEVER paying for it and not following through with transactions concerning B.I.GPSYCHE and Jindo, you begin to get the idea of how this person conducts business as a buyer .

William Hung ( TimeWaster ) William Hung has had several people hold items for him for weeks on end. He tells the seller that payment has been sent, when in reality, he hasn't mailed anything out. I know some of you say that complaining about a TIMEWASTER is ridiculous. The problem is... a timewaster causes a seller to miss out on other potential sales since they have basically "claimed" said item. After 3-4 weeks of excuses and avoidance, when the seller tries to contact other people that were originally interested, they have made purchases elsewhere. RVF400 ( Scammer / Theif ) RVF400 AKA Shaun Kelly AKA Daniel Kelly decided to sell 10 pack MVS Cart sets to members. After receiving buyers money, he vanished into thin air. No one received their games or their money back. He was banned from these forums for attempting to sell MS5 MVS Bootlegs in chat. He has supposedly moved to another country. Tam Tam (Scammer\Theif\Timewaster) TamTam AKA jackiechan AKA James Boomer. Ok this is a real cluster fuck here. First, under the username jackiechan, wants to buy a Ultimate 11 Cart from neogeohk. Neogeohk sends the cart first and James agrees to send payment. After cart was received, James gives neogeohk the runaround and NEVER pays for the U11 cart. Then James Boomer comes back to the forums as TamTam selling numerous hi priced carts like Garou US AES and Ninja Masters JPN. He then starts selling carts and receiving money but never ships anything out. Then when members caught on and filed chargebacks against him, he decided to take the scam to the next step.... he sends rudekid a DC# for his package.... and when rudekid receives it...its a BLANK CD-R with Metal Slug 2 written on it . Kyokugen Star AKA Retaliator AKA Ralph Karels. This is one of the most heinous act on this site. It seems that Ralphie boy was out of town and left his dad in charge of selling his Neo Games. His father lists a MS1 US AES on EBAY and the auction ends at a whopping $1600. Now you may be thinking, " Wow!!! Whats wrong with that?!?!?!" Well, it seems that Daddy Karels forgot to mention that it was a conversion (well he didn't forget... he suppoedly didn't know it was a conversion.) Well the person he sold it to was bahamut (A member of these forums... and a damn nice guy at that). When bahamut receives the game he realizes that its bootastic and immediately asks for a refund. Guess what? Daddy Karels doesnt feel like giving him a refund because the game is in good working order. When bahamut asks Ralph for a refund..... guess what? Ralph also decides bahamut doesnt deserve a refund. I guess the scamming ass apple doesn't fall far from the tree . To see Ralphs pitiful excuses for what happened read the following thread. Kid Aphex (Theif/Scammer) It seems a couple of members made purchases from Ray about a month ago. Ray has neither returned messages nor PMs. Kafuin Gaira had attempted to do a paypal chargeback but there was no money in Rays account for him to receive a refund. For those of you that remember, there was a similar incident concerning Ray and Liquid Snake that went down a few months ago over a similar situation. I didnt list it the first time as it had seemed inappropriate...but with it happening a second time I must list it here. He has not scammed anyone.... but his very slow shipping and nonresponsiveness is something people should consider before dealing with him. It has been mentioned that he was on AIM a few days ago...but he has not come here to respond to his buyers. Buyers have not received items purchased or refunds. If the situation is not resolved or updated in a positive manner within 2 weeks, I will revise this post. STILL NO RESTITUTION MADE TO BUYERS. THEIF/SCAMMER LABEL ADDED!!!!

SnkChef (Theif/Scammer/Timewaster) Another Aaron Lewis type situation. Making deals to cover deals and selling things he didnt have. Then came back saying he would pay people back. Decided to just disappear from the forums all together. Here is his last known personal info:

I like to add American Amusement to the list. There located down in Rossville,Georgia. Last month i won a copy of, Nam 1975 MVS cartridge, on Ebay from them. Afther October came around still, no game the pricks! I pay for it around September 12th, and still the game hasn't gotten here!

I even E-mail them twice no, reponse i even call them and, i was told they get back to me. So far no reponse still there, Ebay name is ameramuse there web, site is http://www.americanamusement.com/index.html . No way should it take a game to go from, GA to MD more then, a month the SOB!

You got pm! All i know a women answer the phone,she realy didn't have a answer for me. She had to ask some guy there,if the game was sent out. I realy didn't get much of a reponse,i was told it's been. Shipped but they didn't give me a date at all. I don't know it sounds fishy, to me it's business, practice like this that get's me PO.

Thanks for the thread. I am glad that William Hung made it on the list, because he doesn't even have the courtesy to pm me back that he has changed his mind. I mean, how hard is it for someone to say "Sorry, I changed my mind." At least I can respect that. I know I will never want to deal with him.

Another person who has wasted alot of my time is dojosky. I withheld several AES games and other non-neo geo games/accessories for several weeks and he just disappeared on me. In fact, he did this to me on atariage.com as well.

EDIT: I have no problem with people want me to hold something for them and then later change their minds. As long as they let me know, I am fine with it, but not even replying to my pms is indictative of someone I would not want to deal with.

SNKChef although I had a good trade with him still owes people money I believe.

Second that BIG, He wasted my time on several items, then weeks later ofwered me $20 for wasting my time so needlessly. He then never paid the $20 he promised to send. Completely worthless!

What about endgamer (ebay ID and forum user name identical)? Passing off a freaked cart as the real deal should merit inclusion in the list.

as they say though, that's a slippery slope as you'd then have to add the likes of KennyBoy who also sold various games under alleged false pretences. I think this list should stay focused but if the sentiment is strong enough then it would be understandable that he be added to the list.

I'd appreciate it if you didn't post false accusations about me DR. I've never once sold a game under a different alias/account/name/etc., nor do I/did I have a second account. I am not a scammer/liar/timewaster. Do not include me in this list since there is absolutely no reason to warrant my belonging.

Up date well American Amusement finally sent me. The Nam 1975 MVS cartridge just got it, this past Thursday. I'm not sure if it i got becuse, i complain afther a month gone by. Or there just slow for a business still i, feel commuication could have been better. A simple automantic e-mail giveing, a date when it was sent out.

Would have been good enough for me,so i say all most a time waster. Not a scammer if any body is, thinking of buying from them. Don't expect a quick reply from this compeny they take there, time or there realy busy. Take your pick on this one people, it's your choice.

you misunderstood completly. I was merely stating that selling habits are varied and that the criteria for adding a person to this list should be specific and well defined. I in no way ment anything other than that and I'm sorry for having not been clearer. Furthermore, I have never dealt with you and am in no position to even make such statements, I'm quite serious when it comes to business and this thread is probably the most serious thing in the whole forum.

edit: when I said 'he should be added to the list', I was reffering to Stinky Dinkins suggestion, and by selling under alleged false pretences I was simply talking about methods of advertising. nothing more.
