Neo geo Cd Video Problem

I have a problem with composite video, and I can´t to fix.

Any sugestions are welcome.

p.d: the Tv are in very good conditions, and no have problems with another consoles, only the neo cd had this problem.

** change the condensators (470 uf), and nothing happens. The image problem is the same.
