Problems with Ebay user eva28_de

I paid for an auction by this Ebay user on the 6th and I have yet to hear back from him, plus he doesn't answer any of my emails.

His feedback record is perfect so I'm a little confused.

Could anyone comment on this guy's reliability?

I've come across this guy before his feedback is 100% at the time so I'm sure he pretty honest and as for his absense goes I think he might be on vacation.

Still no package received from this person.

He contacted me five days ago with a tracking number but the number was invalid.
Since then I've contacted him again twice to see what the hell is going on but I got no response.

Does anyone know this guy?
