As the thread title implies, I was going to use a Microsoft Sidewinder pad that I purchased to make a Neo to USB controller adapter (and an adapter for my joysticks on my PC in general). However, the traces for the encoder chip are very small, and I am having a hard time figuring out what pin goes to what button/direction. Does anyone have this information saved away somewhere to share? If not, I guess I will have to just do it the hard way, but that would be too, well, hard.
I know that you mentioned using Sidewinder pads at one point, JMKurtz, so perhaps you could share some of your knowledge with me and the others? Thanks in advance to anyone who helps out!
