This can't be a legit KoF 04. It's either a typo, a scam, or some hacked bootleg like CTHD.

People bought CTHF2003 as an oddity, so I'm sure people will buy this, probably not at the 295 price point but wait a year when its sub 100 and I'm sure people will have it.

Is this guy a known scammer? His feedback looks pretty good, I woulda thought you would get a cart no problem, of course it is a boot and could be looked at as a scam that way.
Still though interested to see what the cart looks like.

that right there is nicer than the ps2 specific backrounds for kof'03
anyway, here in Argentina most of the later snkp games are hack jobs - kof '03 has alot of strange nuances.
and crouching tiger hidden dragon gets alot of play too.
