Carrie Fischer's singing fucked me up. Bea Arthur BEING in it fucked me up. The Boba Fett cartoon was fucking awesome though.

George Lucas is remastering the original Star Wars Christmas Special and rereleasing is as a THX certified DVD.

Unfortunately he inexplicably removed Santa's eyebrows and digitally inserted Jar Jar into several scenes.

Not sure how I managed to watch the broadcast of this as a kid and not end up mentally scarred for it. Of course, a friend got a bootleg VHS of it a few years back and showed it to me and that fucked me up real good...
